Diann Martin, PhD, RN is a nurse with over 45 years’ experience in both nursing practice and nursing education. She earned her BSN at Loyola University in Chicago in 1974. She continued her education and became a Community Nurse Practitioner in 1985. In 1990 she was awarded her PhD in Nursing. Both of her graduate degrees come from Rush University in Chicago. Diann’s clinical practice focused on home healthcare and hospice where she served in executive leadership and national consulting with health systems. In 2005, Dr. Martin shifted from clinical practice to a career in higher education where she served as Dean of Nursing at Kaplan University, Director of Health Care Programs at DeVry University, Dean of Nursing at Ameritech College, Dean of Nursing at Herzing University, and most recently at Northwestern College in Bridgeview IL.
In 2017 Diann became a best-selling author with Mastering the Art of Success edited by Jack Canfield. Diann has devoted a great deal of time and commitment to personal development. She is a Certified Facilitator and Master Training Apprentice with the Passion Test, a system for creating and prioritizing the components of an ideal life. She is also a Certified Jack Canfield Success Coach and a Certified Trainer of Steve Farber’s Leadership Program. She regularly conducts workshops and retreats focused on personal and professional success.
In addition to her professional work, Diann has regularly been a speaker at nursing and educational conferences. Diann is currently a member of the American Nurse Association, the Association for Community Health Nurse Educators, the Holistic Nurse Association, the Association for Nurses in Professional Development and the National League for Nurses. She now leads her own company, the Successful Nurse (TSN). The company’s mission is to inspire nurses to lead their ideal lives, both personally and professionally. TSN provides regular education and mentoring programs to nurses and offers consulting to nursing education programs nationwide. Continuing her quest to inspire nurses to lead their ideal lives she completed programs in Holistic Coaching for Nurses and became a member of the International Nurse Coaching Association.
Diann is married and lives in Wilmette IL with her husband John who is a Federal judge.

Dr. Mitchell (Mitch) Bloomer is a veteran within the higher education space having worked since 1997 at both non-profit and proprietary institutions. The many roles he has held include Dean for Continuing Education and Professional Studies, Dean of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Center Director, and numerous Online leadership roles including that of General Manager, Director of Operations, and Director of Faculty Management. These diverse roles have led to expertise in all methods, models, and modes of deliveries.
Along with a PhD in Higher Education Leadership, Mitch holds graduate credentials in Business Data Analytics and Public Administration. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist and believes in the correlation between learning and wellness.
As Executive Vice President, Mitch leads all operational aspects of the business including working with clients outlining their needs/wants, conducting feasibility studies, performing market research, and analyzing client data for proper focus. As clients become active, Mitch then oversees all functional areas including admissions, records, development, faculty management, scheduling, instruction, and budget.
